Аннотация

Концепция абсорбционной способности достаточно широко используется в исследованиях, в том числе при анализе инновационной деятельности. Вместе с тем, существует ряд серьезных теоретических проблем, ограничивающих применение положений данной концепции на практике. В работе рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с: широтой подходов к определению и оценке абсорбционной способности; неоправданно высоким уровнем абстракции понятий, которыми оперирует концепция; ограничениями ресурсного подхода в целом. В результате исследования, в частности, предлагается выделять тип абсорбционной способности в соответствии с типом поглощаемых знаний; рассматривать абсорбционную способность как компоненту динамической возможности.
