Аннотация
Данная статья рассматривает взаимодействие инновационных кластеров и университетов как ключевого фактора развития территории. В статье представлены примеры успешно функционирующих взаимодействий университетов и инновационных кластеров и выделены критерии успеха этого взаимодействия. Проведена оценка преград развития инновационной деятельности в России при взаимодействии университетов и бизнеса. Представлены рекомендации для реализации устойчивого развития регионов и роли университета в данном процессе.
