ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ СПЕКТРАЛЬНОГО АНАЛИЗА ДЛЯ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ЦИКЛИЧЕСКОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Аннотация

Целью настоящей работы является применение средств спектрального анализа для диагностики циклической динамики валового внутреннего продукта России, а также валового регионального продукта федеральных округов Российской Федерации. По мнению авторов, для более эффективного управления экономическим ростом экономики России, а также изучения особенностей регионального экономического развития необходимо определить возможности использования спектрального анализа, использование которого в российской экономической науке является достаточно редким. Спектральный анализ можно представить, как проблему множественной регрессии, где зависимая переменная, наблюдаемая в динамических рядах, - валовой региональный продукт, а независимые переменные – функция косинуса с дискретной частотой. Значения косинуса и синуса отражают уровень, с которым соответствующие функции коррелируют с данными динамических рядов, в нашем случае, валового регионального продукта. Полученные авторами результаты спектрального анализа не дают однозначного ответа о существовании устойчивых циклов в региональном развитии; тем не менее, они (результаты) могут послужить основой как для дальнейшего углубленного изучения объекта исследования, так и для совершенствования предложенной модели спектрального анализа валового регионального продукта. Авторами предпринята попытка предварительного спектрального анализа динамики валового регионального продукта на основе статистических данных Федеральной службы статистики, относящихся к изучаемым регионам и выявлены ограничения, присущие применению спектрального анализа вследствие недостаточности доступных данных для исследования.
