Abstract

The basic sources of Crimean IT-Sphere budget forming are considered in the article.
It is found out, that at the internal market IT-services are to support sanatorium-resort
complex, and also internal market needs. The analysis shows that current transformations
will actively influence the spheres of the Internet, telephone and television systems, payment
systems. Budgeting dynamics appears to be difficult for analysis by reason of recent economic
and political transformations.
