Abstract
In the conditions of deficiency of the budgetary resources the question of stimulation
of innovative activity of economic subjects with use of financial tools gains relevance.
However there is a number of the factors constraining participation of the state in financing
of innovative projects. The specified reasons cause the theoretical and practical importance
of development of the actions directed on formation of effective forms of integration
interaction of business and the state within financing of the innovative projects directed on
implementation of programs of innovative development of economy. As an object of research
the economic relations arising in the course of interaction of the state institutes of
development and establishments of the banking sector in the sphere of financial security of the
companies which are carrying out innovative activity act.
