CALIBRATION OF ECONOMETRIC EQUATIONS OF THE CHINESE ECONOMY MODEL

Abstract
In the paper the best model describing the theoretical relationship of macroeconomic indicators of the Chinese economy over the period 2003-2013 is determined. In order to do this, a regression analysis of the following econometric equations: the equation for the number of employees, the investment demand and production assets is conducted. Standard approximation errors received are compared, the quality of each equation, its statistical significance and the significance of each regression coefficient are checked. As a result, the final form of the model equations with the estimated parameters is defined.
